Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that your customer service experience did not meet expectations. We do understand that our procedures can be quite time consuming, but we are bound by Central Bank regulations and must conduct business in an approved manner, which means validation of all information and lengthy phone procedures.
The price, unfortunately is something that we can do little about as we have had to implement rate changes for all of our products as a result of the current insurance market situation.
