I can see that our Customer Service team attempted to contact you to discuss your issues, however were only able to leave a voicemail. UPDATED 9/6/22 Thank you for your feedback I am sorry you are disappointed with the service provided. When your order was registered, the Guarantee, Order Confirmation and Care and Maintenance instructions were sent to you via email. It is possible that these emails may have gone to your spam folder. I have arranged for replacements to be sent to you. At the point of installation, we would have asked if you were happy for the pictures to be used for marketing purposes. We fully understand if you do not wish them to be used and have taken the appropriate action to ensure they are not published.
