The booking process was very easy but the slots for breakfast and dinner weren’t available. Fortunately, new spaces appeared the next day.

The customer service advisor was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. She took the time to answer my questions and reassure me about aspects of my trip that I was unsure about.

Alton towers credit note
I had booking cancelled from March which I only paid £96 and was allowed to use my voucher against a anytime stay which I used for Scarefest which should of been around £250

Quick and easyish
Booking was quick and easy but it would be even better if you could book the scarefest mazes etc when booking accommodation as I had to do these separately.

Incorrect prices
Clunky site, somewhat old look and feel - although main issue is the poor data - it offered the dungeons at £5 but double that when booking, which had to be separate too
