Very polite knowledgeable lady, nothing too much trouble. Made it very easy to book my break. No rushing to get it booked, took the time to make sure I got what I wanted at the best deal

Rubbish
Absolutely ridiculous not being able to speak to someone via phone, neither was anyone available via chat.
I have a major inquiry,I have made three Bookings and now only have two showing.How on earth...

The helpline for Short Breaks was fantastic. The individuals i spoke to were very good at getting us the best deal and re-assuring us regarding the COVID guidelines in place.
