Easy to book
Booking process was easy, however as the stay is during covid, I would have liked more clear details on exactly what is and isn’t open with the restaurant etc. Finally found the info on the website...

Professional and polite.
Booking on line was quick,straight forward and easy. It was my banks secure but that messed it up and made me go to booking over the phone, but that was very easy to do .

Everything was straight forward and easy to book. Good you can book your waterpark and theme park tickets altogether makes it easier again. E-mailed them and were very quick and helpful on reply....
