Very good overall
Website was very easy to use and understand only thing I would say is for Alton towers to put in capital letters that you have to book your breakfast separate.

Lovely, friendly and efficient service.
I called to amend my booking and the lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and efficient. It was easy to change the booking with no admin charge.
