Dan in the booking dept was very helpful and friendly . He was also very professional in his manner . I would definitely recommend this service when booking a short break at the Alton Towers resort .

Fantastic first time in a stargazing pod
Easy and simple to book, staff were helpful on arrival explaining check in and staff the checked us in were helpful efficient and knowledgable

Fairly easy booking system
Tried to use adults go free vouchers but it was less hassle and only £4 more expensive to book our two days without them!! Other than that booking was easy
