We booked online via the Merlin Holiday Club as we have annual passes. It’s so easy and straight forward to use. It even tells you if the main park is closed during any dates you’ve chosen!

Easy and simple
Easy website to use and shows every room with lots of pictures showing everything they have to offer. They also made it easy to add tickets for the theme park for a better price.

Can't pick alternative dates for day passes when booking a break. It just assumes you want the day you arrive not the day you check out. Apart from that very easy to use
