Good system but harder for Merlin Annual Passholders
The service was great and the prices were reasonable. My only problem was it was quite difficult to get to the Merlin Annual Pass discount page to get 20% off hotels.

Option to book more than one hotel on a booking. For example if you wanted to stay in splash landing one night and alton towers the next.
To reduce multiple price stays a little more.

not updated booking process with covid19 info
There was no info on wheather you needed to pre book a park ticket due to covid 19, I have a merlin pass, I am still waiting for a reply via email 24hrs later
