I accidentally booked the wrong dates (100% my own fault) the lady in customer service bent over backwards to help resolve my problem! Thank you, can’t wait for my trip.

Booking 1 night stay
Would not let me book a slot on the dungeon experience. Takes too long to delete items from your basket compared to other websites.
