Very easy to book and able to add on other requirements such as booking dinner and breakfast slots. I like the fact a cancellation insurance was offered at a reasonable price.

Website easy to navigate , information clear

They have a no cancellation policy, when you spend over £1000 not cool
We booked and realised that actually we need to change the date, not only can you not change the date you can not cancel if you want to. We are a family of 5 and paid over £1000 to come and stay...

System issues
Yes, delay in confirmation email for booking. Took over an hour and then their recommendation of booking restaurants in advance, no time slots were being offered!

Easy to book
Easy to book and add the extras we needed. I was worried about the added cancellation policy as that was added later in the booking process.
