And quick process. This was even better as foster carers we were able to get a good discount. Looking forward to our stay this week

Hotel easy to book but the restuarants not so easy
Easy to book into hotel etc but online booking restaurants wasn't so easy and not much choice left

Very easy and simple to book. All the information was easy to find especially changes due to the coronavirus. All ride information easy to find.

Tree housebooking
Easy to book on line - we booked the treehouse so was able to liaise with the team who I phoned twice prior to the arrival -Emily was very helpful

Service would probably be straight forward if I hadn’t been buying Park tickets with Tesco Clubcard vouchers. This made it confusing & a bit of a faff!

Quite easy to use, would be helpful if it was easier to select rooms
