I did want to enquire about my tickets but the number on the website put me through to the hotel and they didn't know nothing about them.

Easy to book
Booked hotel & 2 day tickets from the website. Very easy to do. Paid via PayPal. Received a PDF of the admission tickets and the hotel voucher which you can also print off if you prefer.

Alton Towers too hard to contact
Alton Towers don’t encourage you to contact them with queries. Half hour to answer the phone and have to go thru pages, to email them

I used online services, however we where running late and the reception rang and told us exactly what to do on arrival and where the key would be.

Very small room for 4 guests.
Parking could have been cheaper and the room was a little small for the price.
