Excellent! Was very quick and easy to book. I didnt feel pressured to make a more expensive booking but a booking that would be better for our party.

Terrible experience
I was completely miss sold the hotel which was the same distance from the park as my own in Liverpool!! Also the hotel had holes in the carpet!! Still waiting on a response from Alton towers!
