Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you are not completely satisfied with the service received. We always aim to provide a professional, friendly service to each of our clients.

Having reviewed your policy and communication with us it seems that at some points there has been a language misunderstanding which may have held things up. Despite this we responded quickly to all requests, included several changes you requested to be made in the days after the policy was set up.

We have phoned several times as requested by you to take payment for the policy but have been unable to reach you. On these occasions we have we have also emailed you but replies don’t seem to be coming through. I understand my colleague Ravi Mulji, Broking Team Leader has been able to speak with you today and has arranged to call back tomorrow to resolve any outstanding issues.
