We are sorry you are not completely satisfied with the service we have provided. We aim to always provide our clients with a professional, friendly service.

Having reviewed your policy and communication with us, there was as you mentioned a request to change the start date on your policy. We actioned this within one working day however because the policy had to be cancelled and reinstated, the policy number changed. This meant new policy documents were required, which were sent to you promptly. We aren’t aware of any issues with the new policy documents.

I can see you also requested a new confirmation of cover letter, however these are issued as an interim measure. Once you have the full documentation, this is no longer required.
