Welcome home and thank you for providing your review of your Grand Tour of China which is one of our most comprehensive tours! We were delighted to hear that you have enjoyed the company of your guides and that the attractions visited did not cease to amaze. We have improved the pace of our tours for our 2016/17 departures and we are positive that the changes made will be greatly received, providing a more comfortable pace and improved itinerary. As you have seen a comprehensive portion of China, we would love to invite you to another part of South East Asia in the not to distant future. Kind regards, Junior

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback following your recent tour to China. Customer care and satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and we work very hard to ensure our customers' expectations are met and often exceeded. We regret to hear that you are disappointed with your room share and felt this detracted from your tour experience. In our experience, our tour groups are welcoming and we find that single passengers and couples integrate very well. As you can appreciate, we cannot match compatibility based on age or marital status and the number of single passengers can change at short notice. We do acknowledge your comments and disappointment but do hope that we can put this right in the future if you decide to travel with us again. We are sure you have seen some great attractions and locations within China and hope these will be your lasting impression of your trip to China. Kind regards, Junior
