Worst experience ever I was paying with my mobile. I got the email confirmation that I have paid but didn't get the certificate. So I call the customer service, then found out there was some problems...

We can see that you have had your original policy refunded to you (purchased on the 13th September). We apologise for the technical hiccup, as well as for the delay in this refund appearing in your account - refunds can take the bank up to 5 working days from the time of refund to process.

However, we are glad to hear that you have now successfully arranged your policy.
