Awful

A quarter of the plants had been squashed when packaged. There were no labels for the plants so it is very difficult to know which set of plants are which.

Poor!!

Bought 24 Heathers complained by email that they were nearly all dead. Didn't have the courtesy to reply. Had to chase up with phone call. Only 5 have survived. Still waiting for replacements....
