Not worth it

Pay out are very low, £43 for a £350 vet bill, they take so many admin fees to process your claim not including excess fees. Not worth paying for.

We can assure you that we don't charge any admin fees for settling claims; there are certain limitations to cover however, these are not uncommon within the industry.

We can see no records of any calls or emails from you in regards to this policy; your horse will be covered as intended but it is imperative you call us on 03300 244 005.
