We aim to despatch the correct goods for customers’ orders. Where this has not happened there could be an error with stock allocation at our warehouse. I will pass your comments on to the relevant team to try and ensure that this does not happen again.

Ordered regular fit Stone Island jeans and payed next day delivery. Was sent the wrong jeans had to pay again to send them back to be told you never had any regular fit jeans left!!

We aim to fulfil all our orders however sometimes we run out of stock, particularly during busy times like sales. Our website does not display stock in real time, hence the reason you can order items that turn out to be unavailable.
I can confirm that a refund for your postage costs was processed on 15/09/15. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for the funds to be returned to your account.
