They are prompt and polite. I chatted multiple times with multiple concierges. I appreciated having a live person on the other end willing to help!

Suiteness is very sweet!
Excellent experience! Easy website navigation. Friendly and helpful customer service. Great that you can use Affirm for monthly payment plan. Would definitely recommend.
