I really loved this hotel minus the fact our first room had a stained rug and the blanket on the fold out had black stuff on it. Just felt as though the room was not cleaned... I went to the front...

Well I paid for what I thought was going to be a 2 bedroom suite with 3 beds total and when I got to the hotel they didn’t even have 2 bedroom suites in the hotel 🙄 and it only had 2 queen size beds...

I appreciate you letting me know about this issue as I connected with the hotel immediately to see why you were placed in a one bedroom after booked a two bedroom. It seemed the source of the miscommunication was that the hotel property itself does have two bedrooms however they oversold that evening and only had one bedrooms left.I currently have a ticket open to see how we can properly compensate you for this experience. Regardless of the cancellation or refund policy, if we are not able to deliver you the suite you've booked, that is something we prioritize first. The lady at the front desk specifically told me they didn’t have 2 bedrooms at all at their hotel and she’s not sure why the website even says they do, not they that had oversold. Either way, a compensation would greatly be appreciated!

The hotel has gone unresponsive however I hope my refund on behalf of Suiteness towards your stay will make it up to you. I reached out to the hotel immediately to see what happened here and just responded to you with a refund for this. We confirmed with the hotel with receipts to confirm we did submit the request however it just got lost on their end. Regardless, I'm so sorry that this happened and hope you were able to enjoy your vacation despite this bump.
