I'm sorry that the hotel did not live up to your expectations--that's really disappointing. Thank you for your feedback! Since we're a newer startup we are always working to improve the user experience and I'm so sorry you were having trouble checking out on your mobile device. I've made our team aware so we can take a look at what the trouble might have been. I'm glad it was able to work on a computer. Late checkout can't be guaranteed since it's directly tied to the hotel cleaning the rooms and getting them ready for new guests checking in.
