Order still not dispatched, despite being told it was shipped a week ago.

Despite being told my order was dispatched a week ago, it still hasn't been sent. Customer service are helpful but slow to respond. Disappointing.

Disappointing

They could improve by actually sending the products you purchase. I ordered something over a week ago and it hasn’t even reached the courrier yet. And lm yet to hear back from their support team.
