Customer service very poor

Customer service is really poor. If you have any issues with delivery the team are terse and dismissive. Their attitude is one of they’re doing you a favour not you’re the customer.

Chloe - the first thing you could do is make sure you have stocks before putting them on line. Time and time again deliveries are delayed for an indefinite period. You can’t run a business like that. So unhelpful
