I'm glad you liked the location but sorry you found the loos in a poor state and that there was a noisy group on site. Please accept my sincere apologies. A new team has just started locally and I have forwarded your comments for their attention so that we can make the necessary improvements.

Thank you for your feedback. The text will be something instigated by your bank. The banks have put in more authentication processes to protect people.Usually, once you have done this a couple of times, the process is smoother.

The cottage and location were stunning - the perfect weather helped to!! The views from the cottage windows were to die for and we had everything in the cottage we could need
