Booking online was smooth enough. Perhaps more photos of the place would be good to see what accommodation and utilities look like so we know better what to bring

The website does mention that the barn is located just off a main road and also explains that the building is listed so we are not able to make new openings.
We're sorry to read you had noisy neighbours. This can be a risk with a semi-detached cottage. Do please let us know in the future and we'll be more than happy to give the other guests a call.

The campsite was unmown, and inaccessible, we couldn’t get our trailer or tent to the pitch as access was only through a small kissing gate.
