Thank you for your review. We're sorry you were disappointed with the changes to our service clean provision. The following is mentioned in our website FAQs:
We're no longer carrying out mid-stay cleans to limit personal interaction for the safety and wellbeing of our staff, volunteers and guests. However, we’ll provide a spare supply of towels and linen for guests staying for 10 nights or more.

Highly recommend. Very clean campsite with excellent facilities and helpful staff
Service received from the booking team was excellent, they called to confirm we were happy with the booking due to the size of the van we were brining before taking payment.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback for Highertown Farm Campsite.
We're sorry you were unhappy with it.
I've spoken to the site manager and she tells me that the ratio of toilets to guests is within the relevant guidelines and we have improved and added to the facilities over recent years. The composting loo is about 4 years old and there is a new shower and toilet in the barn which replaced some old facilities that were not up to standard. The reason for the charge is to try to encourage people to be more mindful about their ecological impact on what is meant to be a low impact campsite.
