Good morning Sorry you weren't able to come to the site. I'm not sure what phone number you rang but I've spoken to the site staff. They check their messages regularly and say they received no message about your booking. Kind regards

Booking could only be done online and was clunky and confusing. Charging extra depending on size of tent is unreasonable as well as additional charge for car.

Staff were really helpful, nothing too much trouble for them. Tipi was amazing, comfortable, cosy and well equipped. Would definitely stay again
