Need confirmation email
I thought I would received an email to confirm my booking but I haven't gotten it. I think this is the only thing needs to be improved.

Generally satisfied .
The service is good but often what I want to do is not included in the 241.
I do not understand why I have to pay another $25 to access my 241 that I have already paid for.
I would welcome the credit...

Received good price for balcony room onboard Princess Cruises to Alaska.

Very dissapointing in what is a very poor introduction to ICE/ My241
Price was revealed as not a saving at all - in fact other sites discovered same cruise, same cabin same dates t be almost half the price quoted. a lame excuse of "can't constantly change pricing" was...

I have Vanessa from our office investigating the pricing issue for you, she did try to contact you earlier today, without success but will be in touch again tomorrow... I have had the travel team investigate the delay in the response to your queries and we agree it was a little slower than usual but this was due to the consultant off sick for a few days - I understand he has since been in contact with you and you now have some great options for your holiday.... Not enough information!
I found the operator quite helpful although the amount of information I got regarding the Cruise was very, very basic.We had no choice of cabin and very limited choice of Cruises!I'm not sure if this...

Not always good value, you have to scrutinize the details. I was disappointed that I couldn't visit the website after using my last voucher and look at the details of the cruise again
