the 241 is misleading. If I dealt directly with the cruise company the price would not have been twice what I paid using my 241 certificates. I believe I saved about $500 on an amount of approx...

Thank you for your feedback. Our 241 program is based on the full (not discounted) price of the cruise. Unfortunately we have no control over when and what discounts/promotions the cruise lines can sometimes run. We can see that on your cruise booked you have saved more than $1000 against the cruise lines lowest promotional fare, representing great value for money.
