Hello Viviana, our booking terms and conditions to which you agreed when booking online describe that you are subject to cancelation fees once you agree to the costs. The arrangements were confirmed for you once you did and albeit only a short time later that you wished to cancel, the fees were then in place. We can see that a consultant assisted you in a telephone call about how to pay and are sorry that you feel any of this was unfair.
