As a family-operated business, we aim to provide quality products alongside a high standard of customer service, and we are sorry to hear that you have been left disappointed.
From your order details, we can see that a delivery attempt was made and, according to the delivery report, contact was also attempted by phone.
We would appreciate the opportunity to understand more about the issues raised and to identify any areas where improvements can be made.
A member of our Customer Care Team will be reaching out to you shortly.
