Tickets haven't arrived, ignored by customer service
my tickets have still not arrived after a week and my email to customer services was ignored. I had to chase it by phone twice and I still don't have my tickets!

Generally ok.
Prices seemed to adjust frequently during the booking process, but generally went ok.
Discussing adding luggage is a pain as they won’t allow you to add luggage unless you upgrade flights.
