Good price for business class to USA
Very pleased with the price and the ease of booking.
I have the flights I want, at the times I want. Flew out business class yesterday. No problems.

3 starts are even too much!
at first I thought this is good and fair price when booked, but after that I was charged extra 130 GBP to have my luggage checked in! i think they could have been more honest during the payment...

Book direct not through agency as they will charge u extra for baggage when it's free

Was a bit disappointed when I had to cancel my flight as my daughter who lives in Toronto was working and then to be charged £25.00 pp for doing so I thought was a bit of a liberty.
