FlyDirect Değerlendirmeler

Thank you for your review, it is great to hear our FlyDirect flights and holidays are being well received from our Guernsey clients! We hope that you choose to travel with us on a future trip!

Thank you for your feedback, it sounds like overall you had a great trip to the Algarve and the staff and facilities at the hotel were great. We will pass your feedback onto our hotel partners in Portugal and we hope to see you on a future FlyDirect adventure soon.

Thank you for your review and for sharing the photos from your stay. We are disappointed to hear of the issues you describe and will be raising these directly with the hotel. We can find no record of you contacting either our office or our in-resort representative during your holiday, when we would have welcomed the opportunity to assist and resolve matters for you. We take all feedback seriously, and invite you to contact us directly should you wish to discuss this further.

Thank you very much for your feedback, it does sound overall that you had a great trip to Majorca and we will pass your comments on to our team at BA CityFlyer with regards to the cheerful service on-board, and your feedback to the complimentary snack that was offered. The check-in desk at Palma airport should be opened 2.5 hours prior to our departure time, so I will have to investigate further as to why this wasn't the case on your journey. We do hope that you choose to travel with us at FlyDirect again on a future occasion.
