Thank you for sending us your feedback, I am sorry to to hear of the delay in collecting your luggage in Palma airport, we hope this will not affect you choosing to FlyDirect on a future trip!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed our flights and service, though we’re sorry the hotel didn’t meet your expectations, and we will pass on your feedback to them. We work hard to select accommodation that ticks all the boxes for many types of travellers, and over the years this hotel has been a firm favourite for families. We hope to welcome you again on a future FlyDirect flight or holiday package and would be happy to recommend a hotel that better suits your preferences.
