Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that your flights to and from Tenerife did not meet your expectations and for the inconvenience caused by the delays. The outbound delay was due to Air Traffic Control restrictions, and the return flight was briefly held on the runway while a minor technical issue was checked to ensure everyone’s safety. Unfortunately, both delays were outside the airline’s control, but we completely understand how frustrating it must have been for you and your family. Our catering arrangements for the Tenerife programmes is a buy-on-board service, which we do detail in our pre-departure email information and on our website. I will pass on your comments to the relevant people regarding this. We appreciate your feedback and hope that, despite these issues, you were able to enjoy your holiday.
