I would learn by my mistakes

Purchase done online with deposit and balance paid by cheque (our preference), and acknowledged promptly upon receipt as requested by us. I would book through them again but ask more questions about...

We are very sorry to hear of the problems that you had during your stay. We understand that you spoke with the owner at the end of the week but do please let us know if you have any difficulties as soon as possible so that steps may be taken to rectify any issues during your stay.
We are very pleased to see that the cottage grew on you through the week and do hope that any shortcomings in it’s presentation did not detract too from your holiday.
