Thank you for your comments about your holiday, we do understand that cleanliness is very important. We are very sorry to hear that things were not as they should have been when you arrived. All these issues will be addressed, although none were apparent during our routine review of the cottage.
If you should have similar problems in the future please do let us know as soon as possible so that steps may be taken to ensure that they are rectified for you without delay.

Our neighbours are making progress with their projects and any disturbance to “Two Dogs” should now be small as we understand that the ground clearance work has been completed.
