Thank you so much for the 5 star review and saying you would recommend us, James! We are thrilled that you love our new crates of kiln dried logs! It's great to hear that you are happy with your purchase and that you found it easier to unpack the crate than the bulk bags - we provide a range of different products and it is wonderful to know you have found the right fit for you. We appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback and look forward to assisting you again in the future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for your feedback on our 40 bag pallet. We're delighted to hear you were happy with your purchase of our kiln dried logs and the great service you received from our team. We work hard to deliver a smooth and pleasant experience, and it’s wonderful to know we succeeded. We had to change the pallet sizes for logistical reasons and this was not a decision taken lightly. Our new pallet sizes are 40, 60 and 70 bags on a pallet. Alternatively, we offer kiln dried logs in bulk bags and crates so it may be worth taking a look to see if there is another suitable option if the small bags are no longer working for you. We appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback and look forward to assisting you again in the future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for your kind words and 5 star review! We're thrilled to hear you're pleased with the quality of our wood. We aim for nothing but the best, and it's great to know we're meeting expectations. I will pass this wonderful review on to the rest of the team and we look forward to assisting you again in the future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you so much for your kind words and 5 star review! We are thrilled that you love our kiln dried logs in small bags and kiln dried kindling. It's great to hear that they are the right fit for you because you find them easier to move and store than previous suppliers you have tried. I have passed your feedback on to the rest of the team (especially Charlotte) to let them know to keep up the amazing work! Our team works hard to deliver excellent service, and it’s wonderful to know it’s appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback and look forward to assisting you again in the future. Best wishes, Hayleigh
