Certainly Wood Değerlendirmeler

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you are pleased with your logs but are sorry that your delivery experience was not as smooth as Palletline typically offer. We will pass your feedback on to the local depot to try and avoid this happening in future. Delivery ETAs should be provided by Palletline on the day of delivery, however this is just an estimate, because factors such as traffic and previous deliveries taking longer than expected, can cause unexpected delays. In future, please give us a call at Certainly Wood if you have not received your ETA yet and we will chase this up for you. The decision to put the bulk bag return scheme on hold was not one we took lightly - it had become unfit for purpose. The bags are made of 100% recyclable flexi-plastics but you may need to check with your local council to see if they can be taken at road side collection. Best wishes, Hayleigh
