The problem is resolved,

Start another warm winter.

Excellent,but could be improved even more by asking the delivery company to give a timed slot if it’s necessary to have proof of delivery .

Great wood, let down by delivery service

Very helpful with sorting out the failed delivery, but I think I should have been reimbursed for the timed delivery slot payment I made as this didn't happen and the wood came the following day
