Certainly Wood Değerlendirmeler

Thank you for your feedback. While we understand your frustration, an ETA was issued via Palletline's tracking system, Contrado, and while the delivery arrived later in the day, it was still within the courier’s delivery window (up to 8pm for residential addresses). In future, as a Fire Club Member, you can choose an AM or PM delivery included as part of your Membership, which would limit the amount of time you have to wait. We also recommend contacting us on the day of your delivery so that we can assist with an ETA from our couriers. We appreciate your continued support and will share your feedback with the couriers to help improve future deliveries. Best wishes, The Certainly Wood Team

We look forward to assisting you in future! Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for your kind words! We’re thrilled you love the product and that it arrived well packaged and delivered by a wonderful Palletline delivery driver. I've passed your comments onto the team, and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for your feedback. Our courier requires that all items are securely packaged in boxes, so unfortunately this is not something we are able to change at present. We do understand concerns around excessive packaging and are always looking for ways to improve. In future, why not try our Firekits? This may be a suitable alternative, as they are designed to provide everything needed in a more compact format and there is less packaging involved. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh
