Thank you so much for the 5 star review! We are thrilled you love the product and that you had such a good experience with our customer service team. While it is a rare occurrence for the couriers not to provide an ETA, we are glad that you gave us a call, as our team are always happy to help. Kind regards, The Certainly Wood Team

Thank you so much for your feedback and for your time on the phone just now. We’re really pleased to hear that you’re enjoying the logs. Quality and consistency are our priorities, and it's great to know we're meeting expectations. We’re sorry to hear that your most recent delivery experience didn’t meet your expectations. We have passed your feedback on to the delivery company and are looking to see whether deliveries can be made using a smaller vehicle in future to be suit your needs. In terms of packaging, our bulk bags are made from 100% recyclable flexi-plastics, but you may need to check with your local council to see if they will take them at roadside collection. We are always looking at ways to improve our environmental impact and we take your feedback very seriously. We appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback and look forward to assisting you again in the future. Best wishes, Hayleigh
