On the renewal invitation, and renewal reminder, emails that we send it does advise that we will automatically renew the insurance for you and that this will be up to 7 days prior to your renewal date. We do this to ensure if there are any issues with the card that we can get hold of you in ample time.
If you would prefer us to switch the auto renewal facility off then please do let us know because we can certainly action this for you. We are on 03333 211403.
