Following on from your conversation with Anna this morning I can confirm we are now in the process of arranging a refund back onto your card. Just to confirm our automatic renewal process is explained in our Terms of Business, we also sent you 2 emails prior to taking the payment and these emails also confirm we will attempt payment around 7 days before your renewal date.
As advised we will now arrange a full refund which will be back on your card within the next 7 days.

I could not easily check bank account details or find reference to include for payment, but your chat line was very good/convenient and supplied all the info I needed.
My query was dealt with easily and quickly. The advisor was very helpful to ensure I had the right product.
My new policy was set up straight away and very easily sorted.
