Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service.
Our SLA (service level agreement) on responses to emails is within 2 business days, although at busy times this isn’t always possible which was the case here as we had several members of staff off on annual/ sick leave as well as the bank holiday the week before for the Queen's funeral. I do apologise for our delay in getting back to you on your email from the 25th September.
Our Feefo review invites are sent out by an automated system which is why they are sent promptly whereas our team respond manually to each customer query that we receive.
Premium prices from insurer to insurer do vary for a number of reasons. For example, if we have a high number of claims from clients in a certain profession, this can increase premium prices as the profession is perceived as higher risk by our underwriters. The terms and conditions of policies from insurer to insurer can also vary which can again affect premiums.

All of our policies run on an automatic renewal basis, unless you have requested for this to be switched off. This would be stated in your renewal invitation and welcome letter each year.

Hi Veejaya, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m really sorry to hear about your experience.
After speaking with our customer service team, I believe there was an error in payment however we voided the transaction immediately so that we did not receive the payment. Unfortunately, the bank can take a couple of days to return the funds to your account. The funds will have been taken out of your account’s available balance and placed into a holding account, so hopefully by now they will have transferred it back over.
I do apologise for the inconvenience and hope it’s now resolved. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.
