Fast and convenient

A little slow and also slightly more expensive compared to commercial banks, but overall we are pleased with the service provided.

I hope there is better co-ordination with Funding Societies and the end to end user experience is better. Right now the whole process takes too much time. Other platforms like SingX can remit money...

It would be good if I can see the breakdown of fees deducted. This is not transparent and unpredicatable.
